Looking for versatile gloves for all year round? Our new Storm mittens provide the right level of warmth for your cold-weather mountain sports activities. What's more, they're moisture-wicking for fast-paced hikes, but also offer a range of features you need for everyday use. To cope with all kinds of mountain conditions - heat, cold, wet, dry, active or static - our new Storm mittens feature a blend of carefully selected synthetic technologies.
The outer layer is made from tough ripstop nylon and a breathable Porelle® Dry polyurethane membrane. This is complemented by flexible Porelle® inserts, found between the outer layer and the lining, for even greater protection without compromising breathability. Warm, durable and highly breathable, the new mittens also feature textured polyurethane reinforcements on the palms and thumbs, and a drawstring closure at the wrists.
While the mittens still offer a high level of warmth at the expense of dexterity, the preformed cut provides a good grip, and internal finger separators let you handle your gear with ease. Our new Storm mittens weigh just 135g and include a layer of ultra-practical Stratus™ insulation so they can be used in all seasons.
