Reworking the technique and aesthetics of Akasha, the shoe from the La Sportiva Mountain Running® collection designed for endurance competitions, perfect for long-distance runs, ultra-marathons, ultra-trails, and intense training sessions. The comfort of fit comes from the cushioning, thanks to the Cushion Platform™ insole and the spacious internal volumes, as well as a soft, breathable, and wrapping upper, built with a Slip-on system to prevent pressure points during the run. The active reinforcements Dynamic ProTechTion™ at the front provide protection and structure that follows the movement of the foot dynamically and without restriction. The grippy, dual-composite FriXion® Red outsole features the exclusive Trail Rocker™ solution that promotes the natural "outer heel - inner toe" foot movement during running. The laces and the Ortholite® Hybrid insole are also made from recycled materials. Akasha II: the ultra-runner's code is expressed through protection, comfort, and cushioning.
