Side compartment for all typical trekking ground mats.

This ultralight hammock features a practical side compartment underneath for inserting a ground mat (ground mat sold separately). This allows you to sleep under the stars warm and safe, even when the nights are chilly. The compartment is suitable for all 'classic' ground mats designed for trekking. You can even use 'luxury' ground mats with a thickness of up to 7 cm for a maximum width of 65 cm. They are thick, but you can deflate them a bit for more comfort. It will contour better to your lying body and you'll sleep better.

The ultralight parachute fabric hammock! The ripstop nylon is a high-performance material that is particularly strong and durable, but also soft and pleasant on the skin, and breathable!

Perfectly compatible with our Underquilts.

Two small loops are sewn on the sides of the hammock. You can attach them to the four T pieces found on our Underquilts (sold separately). This way, the Underquilt won't slip during the night.

The Silk Traveller Thermo is very compact when stored (approx. 20 x 6.5 x 6.5 cm) yet very robust with a load capacity of up to 200 kg.
