Length : Our Coffin travel bags for surfboards are designed with an interior dimension equal to the stated length. For example, a double Coffin bag of 10'0" has an interior dimension of 10'0". A board measuring 10'2" will require a 10'6" bag.
Width : The width of our Big Wave Gun travel bag is 22". It can accommodate a board 22" wide, but no more.
Depth : The interior depth of the bag is 8" at the center and tapers down to 6" at the nose and tail. It can hold a maximum of two boards that are 22" wide and 4" thick each.
Construction : Our Surfboard Travel Coffin bag is made with 3/8" closed-cell foam, sandwiched between two layers of material. On the outside, a 600D Cordura fabric that withstands the harshest conditions. On the inside, a heat and UV resistant tarp, reinforced with 600D Cordura areas at the nose and tail. Ballistic 1000D Cordura strengthens the nose and tail, both on the top and bottom.
