Rab Softshell jacket Torque

This lightweight and durable softshell jacket made from stretchy Matrix™ fabric offers great freedom of movement during technical climbs. Designed to adapt to your effort and regulate temperature, this tough softshell fabric is extremely breathable and dries quickly. With its ripstop reinforcements, the Torque jacket will easily withstand sharp rocks and ice. Its fluorocarbon-free DWR water-repellent finish provides moderate protection against snow and light rain.

The fully adjustable hood, compatible with helmet use, on the Torque jacket features a stiff peak to improve visibility in case of snow showers, as well as concealed cord stoppers that allow you to tighten it well when the wind picks up. It has a YKK® VISLON® bidirectional zip at the front for easy use with a harness, and an internal storm flap to protect you from wind and bad weather. The cuffs are also adjustable with Velcro tabs. And as they are very long, they offer extra protection to the back of the hands. With two zipped hand pockets, a zipped Napoleon chest pocket, an adjustable hem, and a classic fit, it’s the perfect outer jacket or mid-layer. It includes a storage space for keeping your gloves, snacks, or compass handy.
