set Magware has been designed to address a major problem facing our planet.
Every year, we throw away billions of single-use plastic utensils, many of which end up in our oceans and waterways. Plastic never completely decomposes, but rather breaks down into small pieces that resemble food scraps for fish and autres marine animals. The Ocean Conservancy ranks plastic utensils among the "deadliest" items for sea turtles, seabirds andautres marine creatures, due to their size and the ease with which they enter our waterways.
We believe that the "Bring Your Own Cutlery" (BYOC) movement could help reduce the number of disposable utensils that are thrown away each year. Just as carrying beverage bottles has become ubiquitous in people's daily lives, we hope that non-disposable cutlery will be used in the same way. Magware utensils are a simple way of contributing to this mission, by making them as organized and easy to carry as possible. We really hope that by promoting this movement, we can have a positive effect in helping to tackle this crisis, which is growing exponentially every year.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend that you hand-wash your set Magware to keep it in perfect condition.
set Magware has been dishwasher-tested and is generally unaffected by ordinary detergents and powders, but we have found that some stronger dishwasher detergents and powders can affect the anodized colors.
For added safety, we recommend hand-washing ONLY. When washing by hand, use mild detergents to clean your set. Do NOT use detergents marked platinum, titanium, powerwash or any other degreasing detergent.
