Thanks to a simple screw mechanism, the length of the pole can be adjusted between 67 and 135 cm in a matter of seconds. The poles feature an anti-shock system which not only provides a high level of comfort, but also helps your knuckles. The reflective stripe improves the visibility of the user in low light conditions. Made of anti-slip foam, the ergonomic handle is designed to help wick sweat and allow for a variety of grips.
