A combination of nutrients made up of carbohydrates and proteins with high biological value. With casein and whey and soya proteins that help maintain muscle mass. With a magnesium supplement that contributes to a normal energy metabolism, reducing fatigue, normal muscle function and normal protein synthesis. Rich in dietary fibre.
