The nylon is so light that it follows your every move. The shirt also offers a high level of UV protection and dries very quickly, even when soaked with perspiration. The ventilation slits on the sides in the upper back are really practical, especially in hot climates.
If you get too hot with the long sleeves, just roll them up and fasten them with the provided loop.
